1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:
✔ Non-Working or Invalid License Key – If your product key fails to activate, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
✔ Incorrect Product Delivered – If you receive a different product than the one you purchased.
✔ Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same product multiple times in one transaction.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
✘ Activated License Keys – Once a product key has been successfully activated, it cannot be returned or refunded.
✘ Incompatibility Issues – It is the buyer’s responsibility to check system requirements before purchasing. We do not offer refunds for software that is incompatible with your device.
✘ Change of Mind – Refunds will not be granted if you decide you no longer want the product after purchase.
✘ User Error – Incorrect installation, lost product keys, or failure to follow the activation guide are not valid reasons for a refund.
✘ Delayed Delivery (Within 24 Hours) – While most orders are delivered instantly, some may take up to 24 hours due to security verification. Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered within this timeframe.
3. Replacement Policy
If you encounter an issue with activation, we will first attempt to resolve the problem by providing:
✔ Step-by-step troubleshooting assistance
✔ A replacement key (if applicable)
Only if no working solution is available will we issue a refund.
